Phase 1.16 rebuilt the website role hierarchy to match MineCave's Discord structure.
What changed
Added Executive and Staff role groups.
Added Premium, Special, and Member badge groups.
Added matching names, hierarchy levels, icons, and colors.
Added dashboard-access rules for staff roles.
Kept community badges separate from dashboard permissions.
Added role badges to user cards and account profiles.
Preserved compatibility for legacy Staff accounts.
Result
Website identities now reflect the same hierarchy members and staff already recognize in Discord.
