Phase 1.18 Removes the Redundant Member Role

Verified is now the standard member role, while Unverified remains the temporary pre-verification role.

Phase 1.18 removed the redundant Member role from the MineCave hierarchy.

What changed

Removed Member from role definitions, selectors, and badges.

Kept Unverified for accounts awaiting email confirmation.

Made Verified the only standard member role.

Migrated active verified legacy Members to Verified.

Migrated still-pending legacy Members to Unverified.

Added a database migration and compatibility fallbacks.

The member hierarchy is now simple: Unverified before confirmation and Verified afterward.
