Phase 1.17 Automates Verification Membership

New accounts begin Unverified and Pending Verification, then become Verified and Active automatically after email confirmation.

Phase 1.17 connected email verification to the MineCave membership role lifecycle.

What changed

New accounts receive the Unverified role.
New accounts use Pending Verification status.
Successful email confirmation changes standard members to Verified and Active.
Staff invitations preserve the selected future staff role while verification is pending.
Verified staff receive their intended role after completing setup.
Older Pending Activation records normalize to Pending Verification.

Result

Verification status and public role badges now change automatically without staff intervention.
