Phase 1.10 connected the password-recovery workflow to MineCave's cPanel email configuration.

What changed

Added authenticated SMTP settings for the MineCave no-reply mailbox.
Added SSL and TLS configuration support.
Added connection testing and test-email controls.
Added password-recovery delivery diagnostics.
Added secure sender-name, sender-email, and reply-to controls.
Added delivery status and error reporting without exposing mailbox credentials.

Result

Staff can configure and test email delivery directly from the dashboard before relying on password recovery.
