Phase 1.11 Adds Email Delivery Operations

The dashboard gained editable password-reset templates, delivery logs, SMTP health status, and exact failure diagnostics.

Phase 1.11 expanded email from basic configuration into an operational dashboard system.

What changed

Added the Admin Email Log.
Added sent and failed delivery records.
Added exact SMTP errors without logging passwords.
Added editable password-reset subjects and message templates.
Added template variables for names, reset links, and the site name.
Added the latest SMTP health and delivery status to the dashboard.

Result

Email failures can now be diagnosed from inside the MineCave dashboard instead of being silent.
