Phase 1.26 Introduces the Visual Builder Core

The first functional visual editor now supports structured modules, property editing, reordering, previews, revisions, and publishing.

MineCave Website Builder now includes its first functional visual page-composition workspace. Staff can open any structured page, add reusable modules, reorder or duplicate them, edit module properties, save revisions, preview the result, and publish through the established page workflow.

Included in this checkpoint

Ten built-in starter modules
Structured JSON layout persistence
Draft revision tracking
Preview and published-page rendering
SEO title and description controls
Permission-aware editing

The editor stores page structure rather than raw HTML, preserving the permanent builder architecture and preparing the project for advanced drag-and-drop modules in later checkpoints.
