Phase 1.28 Introduces the Professional Builder Experience

Drag-and-drop ordering, responsive previews, reusable templates, asset management, layers, and revision history make the Visual Builder significantly more professional.

Phase 1.28 upgrades the Visual Builder from a functional module editor into a more polished page-building workspace.

What changed

Drag-and-drop module ordering with visible drop targets
Desktop, tablet, and mobile canvas previews
A live Layers panel for selecting page structure
Reusable page and section templates
A centralized Builder Library for uploaded assets
Automatic page revision snapshots before each saved change
Revision history surfaced inside the editor
Dedicated template and asset management routes

The builder continues to store structured page data rather than generated HTML, preserving safe revisions and future compatibility with the MineCave theme and module registry.
